I did not got a direct grant because I forgot to answer 1 of the question in form 80 n did not upload all utility bills so they asked for residential proof.

payslips, work contract, employer reference letter, notice of assessment, super statement, payg summary, bank statement showing pay.

U should definitely upload it

What about utility bills? They r important as well. U can upload any bills phone, electricity, car rego etc.

Hi after submitting documents u need to press “additional document submitted” or something which is on the buttom of the page then only the status changes to Further Assessment. May be your agent did not clicked on that so it is showing Initial Assessment. One of the member of forum had same issue, better follow up.
