Agree.. If we need early grant... we have to keep all docs up to date...

* Try to send updated reference letter , that makes her easy to take the decision. * No need of certified copies. Just use original PDF or scan it in case of paper.

I also applied through an agent. He didn't want to give me the access. I created my own IMMI account and import the application using application number. Then I was able to see all the details. Still my agent doesn't know that I was accessing my application.

Basically there is no way to disappear documents after attached. Better you call immigration and ask their opinion.

My file got finalised when we were away. Then got grant after return to Australia.

Few weeks under 35hrs should not be a problem according to my Lawyer. I had 1 week under 35 hrs and got the PR.
