Hi you don't need to provide superannuation as it won't matter because you are self employed but you would need to provide the following 1. Driving license 2. Driver accreditation 3. 4 quarters bass statement 4. Notice of assessment 5. Tax lodgement documents from tax agent.( profit and loss statement) 6.letter from operating network (that u have worked with them) 7. Nos of hours proving letter from state government ( taxi governing body)eg: in Victoria from CVV 8. Bank statement of account where u deposit money all the time

yo You can do whatever u like until u met with ur current visa condition and at the same time living altogether and notify the department with any potential changes in circumstances

Hi sorry if u reading this again As I tried to differentiate both of ur situations as under 1) if ur family moved to another address and u didn't and u didn't tell the department about this that would have meant that u didn't tell the department about change of circumstances which u should when ur file under process. 2)if u would tell the department about ur changed circumstances they could ask u to prove ur married life going all smoothly which can we hard as u r living separately. In my opinion u don't have both the options u have mentioned and u should aboide this situation if possible decision is always yours

You will apply in mid November because 887 preconditions say: 1. You have had 489 visa for the duration of atleast 2 years at some stage. 2. Immigration site states that bridging visa A (you mentioned) for second provisional not first provisional. 3. Bridging visa A before first provisional is accountable when you stayed overseas for a substantial amount of time during the validity of 489 visa( in my knowledge)

As per my best knowledge, whoever the secondary applicant above the age of 16 need to appear in ielts or letter from university followed by transcript required. Primary applicant in the application do not need to provide there English skills as they are already proving it by working in English environment. Same as yours, my friend was secondary applicant in 489 and primary in 887. In his case department asked for English evidence for his wife(secondary).

Hi mine was the same as u mentioned in the previous visas and they requested new for me and my wife. Here is a point when u fill in the application form on AFP site first question is do have surname you click NO on that before starting writing your KAUR or SINGH. this is very easy to miss

Hi congrats u gotta login to ur immi account and fill i the form 1022 ( change of circumstances) as u might have on written on ur bridging visa granted in regards to 887 visa application that u tell the department regarding any changes in ur circumstances ASAP.

Yes they did grant 489 without passport. immi site states newborn automatically gets visa of there parents if they born in Australia but they need passport to grant a new visa.

Maybe because they have requested passport in the last request and hap id could not be created until they have valid passport beforehand.

When they had issued 489 to my baby . He was added in the file but didn't had his different section to attach 60 attachments nor the medical section. But when they granted him 887 bridging on 10/5,he had his different section to attach files and medical. I think that work needs to be done by case officer if they haven't done so. As about the medical u can not do so until u have HAP ID for the baby. Only ur case officer will create that if they need medical.

It does show error in some cases when u have previously rejected for any other visa i have two friends they had the same issue in that case u need to contact department by putting an email explaining ur situation. My friends were then suggested to apply a paper file.

Yes exactly, i assume on the paper medical takes double the time than normal because on the request it was written that they need my consent to act them on behalf of me to record medical in emedial records. May be that was the reason file was updated on 18/6 stating medical provided.

1/02 afp and ielts provided 6/03 berth cert and 1436 post 16/03: 489 granted 6/04 : passport updated for newborn and clicked information provided 10/5 : medical requested and submitted on same day Baby will turn 6 months on 18/08

Thanks as in the excell last time they requested medical on 10/5 then my immi account was updated from their side on 18/6 that medical provided no further action needed and do not contact the department in the meantime. I was overseas for about 86 days( 1 trip )in the 2 years time which I didn't compensated ( but called immi one day in july they had told me that I should have compensated the time) experience showed on basis of taxi in Geelong. Hi just to tell u immigration department always suggests to send certified bc and form 1436 to post them. This way u will get 489 granted quicker. About the medical u cannot create a hap id until u have travel document so co will ask u for the medical

Yea i had the same case I submitted the paper based medical on 10/5 then they had updated my file on 18/06 saying medical provided no further action needed and co will process the will further in accordance to processing time
