And the wait is over. Applied 06.03.2018 First Contact : 03/05/2019 - Asked for more information. ( PCC had expired also asked for more residence proof for one of the address where i stayed for three months) Co Joann granted today

Hi All, Immigration department had called me asking for my wifes PCC. Applied on March 8. I missed the fact that her PCC was over a year. Mine was applied on a later instance so it was still valid.

I Doubt that to be true. Once application has been submitted you cant add her. yes you can bring her here on visitor visa and once you have got your PR you need to be filing partner visa.

Should be fine as they see how many hours you have worked and not how much you got paid. Just get a declaration from company on its letter head of your work experience.

Try your luck by calling the immigration number but I dont think we would hear anything positive from them as they would stick to one Phrase " Its under time frame and they cant provide you any update . Pls wait". And its not on basis of first in first out its random but usually they stick to that months file. You should be getting an update soon.

unfortunately if its within time frame(16-17 months) the complain wont be valid.

From the looks of it turnaround time is some where close to 13-14 months.

Only Primary Applicant needs to fulfill the requirements.
