I applied on 26th Jan 2018 My baby was born when in Jan 2019, so I updated his details in immi.Send them an email asking to update his details. Then my file was opened on 20th March, asking more documents for work and residence along with updated AFP. My 489 expired on 8th July and again emailed them explaining my situation.Received the feedback email saying we are still in processing time frame. Finally received the GRANT today, 12th July CO : Peter Good luck to everyone. It is such a relief.

Finally, got the GRANT

I did complain twice. First time, they actually opened my file within 2 days of complain. Second time, I complain on 8th July but got the same processing time feedback

Yeah....I was contacted in March 2019.. Good luck..let's see who gets it first

I'm in WA..and my 489 also expired on 8th of this month. Applied on 26th Jan 18...and still waiting for the decision.

I think they are not even acknowledging our complaints. I send one yesterday but no response yet. Applied 26th Jan 2018.

I can understand how you are feeling. My 489 visa also expires on Monday, even our waiting time is also same

Congratulations to everyone who got their PR. I'm still waiting for mine. Applied on 26th Jan 2018 Added my newborn in Feb, received his visa after sending them an email on 20th Feb. 1st contacted on 20th March 2019 by CO Kimberley. Though I submitted all of the requested documents with in a week, still no action has been taken. Also, they keep on increasing the processing time frame. Is there anyone who's bridging visa has come to action while waiting for 887 grant? Does contacting them helps? I was thinking to send them an email as its almost 17 months. Thanks

Hi, Anyone knows which office location works on the applications from Perth, WA? I submitted my application on 26th Jan, 18 and they haven't opened my file yet. The last updated date is same as the application submitted date. Thanks

Hi Everyone, Someone gave me a reference of this group for advice. We are from Perth. I applied for our 887 visa on 26th Jan 2018. The status still is still 'Received'. Does the status changes when case officer is assigned? I'm not even sure if case officer is assigned for our case. This is stressing !!
