You cannot apply BVB offshore. You will get pregnant. The only option to get back to Aus is to apply for a visit visa. Once you are back, then you need to apply to reinstate you BVA that could not be activated because you were offshore. Your BVA will become active once your visit visa expires. Maybe you get 887 even when you are on visit visa because once you are onshore and let the CO know that you are onshore he can issue 887 anytime.

Hi Everyone, Today I got first contact and I have a technical question please guide me about that. Application date 20 Dec 2019, first contact today. CO Judith Question is I did not include my daughter in 887 and neither I got her 489 visa as she remained overseas for the whole time and never entered into Australia.( She was born after the grant of 489 but before our entry into Australia) Although, I showed her in dependent family list in 887 but did not apply for 887. I also wrote a cover letter to let CO know that she is is not included in the 887 application as she will stay in home country with grandparents for the time being and we will.apply her child visa in the future. Today, CO asked for my daughter's Medical and generated Hap ID. So, is it mandatory to give medical of dependant family member despite I did not include her into 887 visa.? Please let me know

You cannot apply on behalf of someone who is overseas. Every applicant needs to be onshore at the time of application of 887.

Congrats Mate, Long waiting time comes to an end but again stuck overseas. What did they say in pre-grant letter can you please tell that

Hi,I am also in your list. My 489 is expiring on 17th of May 2020 and I have applied 887 got bridging visa A. I am stuck overseas and unable to go back to Australia. Unfortunately, our BVA will not come into effect as we are overseas and we cannot either apply for BVB overseas. If you get exemption or any more info please let me know.

You might need to upload employment contract and also work reference letter from your employer.

I have seen in instructions to upload photo and write the names at the back of the photo, so, my question is do I need to scan the backside of the photo as well? otherwise what is point of writing name at the backside of the photo if I don't need to upload backside?

Her main documents like Passport, driving license etc contain the Spellings as "Ahmad" and some educational documents contain surname spellings as "Ahmed" and "Ahmmed". Actually this is the same name with different spellings My question is do I need police clearance of her surname with three different spellings? . I need quick correct guidance. Thanks

Are you applying for 887 at the end of 2020?

Have ypu done Masters in English medium? I mean was your syallabus in English? If yes, then no need of Ielts for secobdary applicant. You just need a letter from your university.
