  1. Hi, i had gone through same issue. It consider as two different names. Apply new AFP as per their instructions Passport name as main and in other write alias name in same way as they asked Good luck
  2. Mate, you need to lodge complain. Now a days, they are only working on it and i am positive that you will get grant within two week after complain. Good luck
  3. Hi all, Finally, i receive golden email of 887 visa grant. Applied 8.2.2018 First complain on 17th june 2019 Peter replied that, my AFP missed alias name I upload new AFP on last thursday and made another complian and did follow up call on complain cell yesterday. Today i got grant. CO : Peter Thanks to all in this forum and complain really work. Good luck to all
  4. They are not responding to complain any more. I called them and get same response of wait. Exactly 18 months of waiting now
  5. Thanks for courage. Golden mail is like a lucky draw. I bought business in regional area and sponser one employee and guess what he got his PR and i am still running behinde DHA for golden mail.

  8. Hi mate, AFP validity is only 90 days not one year.

  10. Mate, I do not think it will impact on your visa because 887 does not need new medical. They grant you 489 visa mean your medical is clear. As you are not living in regional. Its mean you are breaching 489 visa condition. It may impact on your file if and only if they investigate or someone complain. You should consult with migration agent to get second opinion. Thanks
  11. So sad what they replied to you. When did you last complain? I received below responce after call. The Department of Home Affairs has received your feedback on .. July 2019. Feedback on our processes and services is important and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. This matter has been referred to the relevant business area for action. We aim to provide a response within 15 working days of this email.
  12. I can feel your situation. Now my waiting time is 17 months and 15 days. I lodge complain last week but no response. Did you lodge complain?
