  4. Employment letter from employer with letterhead that states his duties, period of employment and number of hours worked which we did not provide in the first request and for residency, in the first request we did not provide electricity bill we submitted it on 2nd request.
  5. Applied on 30 Nov 2017 1st Contact: 7 Jun 18 - 1 yr employment & 2 yrs residency 2nd Contact: 26 July 18 - Further Evidence to support 1 yr employment and 2 yrs residency in regional area 3rd Contact: 30 April 19 - My eldest son's PCC (he went back to home country for 2 yrs National Service in Apr 2018) May 2019 - I wrote a letter to Immi to ask for their advice....eldest son is currently in home country till Feb 2020 for National Service, 2nd son to go back to home country by end Dec 2019 for 2 yrs National Service till 2022. As 887 is an onshore application, the time when all will be onshore at the same time will be 2022. I told them my eldest son will be back on 2 August for 11 days break and they emailed my agent and asked him to let them know when my son gets back. TODAY, my agent emailed them at 9.30am to inform them my son had touched down, the GRANT email arrived at 12.30pm. Finally after 20 long and agonizing months CO Sophorn gave us our long awaited GRANT! Such a relief..... thanks to all members in the forum......the support here is fabulous!! Party time.......
  6. I applied through agent as well......I sent in a complaint letter and my agent told me they sent the reply to him.
  7. Complaints made and mine a little complicated as one of my sons had to go back to home country for 2 years National Service. Son will be back in Australia for 10 days in August on his annual leave. Received their reply that they hv noted his August arrival date and asked us to inform them when my son is onshore. Does it sound like a pre-grant? They did not mention the word "pre-grant" so will be keeping my fingers crossed. As 887 is an onshore application, if I don't get it in August, I might have to wait for a very long time as my 2nd son will be going back to home country for National Service end of this year and eldest son won't be back till Feb 2020. It will be 2022 before I hv all in Australia at the same time.
  8. Is there such a thing as pre grant? What does it actually says?
  9. Yes....887 is an onshore application.
  10. Feeling yours is round the corner.....
  11. That's weird...I sent an email to them 2 weeks ago and they replied me through my agent.
  12. Try writing to the following: gsm.business.support@homeaffairs.gov.au I had a response from them....
  13. It will be International fees...I am awaiting for the grant and if I don't receive the grant by Oct, my son will need to apply for a gap year as International fees is too expensive.
  14. Where did you send your email to? Pls let us know when they reply.....
  15. I just did and reply came back as follows:
  16. I sent in complaints to Global Feedback Unit and to the gsm business support already but the general replies came back. Are those the right places to send complaints too? I applied on 30th Nov 2017, 3 times CO requested for additional information and the last request was on 30 April 2019 for my son's PCC (as he has been in and out of my home country) and we uploaded on 13 May 2019.
  17. I applied thru an agent and recently made complaint too....so u can too!
  18. like your little "GRANTED" quote! Congrats......
  19. I sent an email to gsm.business.support@border.gov.au on 21/5/19 but have not received any reply as yet......is it better to send it to skillsupport@homeaffairs.gov.au?
  20. Mine is under Final Assessment and has been under that for many months.....
