But waiting from Hi guys Grant Grant Grant Got grant today Application date: 4th march 2019 First contact on 13 may for primary member functional English Submitted university degree with transcript which mentioned English medium. And also PTE result from August 2016, which I never submitted during 489. But it was 6 each result so should be valid for 3 years and of course valid at march 2019. Complaints in polite language on 8june about not reopened my file after submitting my documents on the same day. And finally by grace of God, been granted today. I have same query. Although I am not from 2018 but march 19, but can we send complaint email through our immi account or straight away from own personal email account? I asked agent to send but not sure it was gone or not. Please advise asap

I submitted my PTE documents 3 week s ago, but nothing reply from them. My agent suggested to wait, but I know they will not move with out shouting. Yes it's average 4.5. if you can see other English level pages, they specifically mentioned each word and not used average word

Hi All, I have applied through agent. But I have copy of immi account. I want to do a complain about functional English main applicant requirement 1. Can I do a complaint through my immi account login? 2. Or if agent did already then how can I know that he submitted complaint? 3. Ideally when agent is doing then their email address registered with immigration. So if I send complain email from my gmail account, will it any create issue? Thanks
