Uploaded and complained, no mention to document

It was a different test than I uploaded for 489 OET date 12/11/2016 with B in all sections, I did not upload it initially because I thought it was not required I upload it on 11/05/2020 which was expired at the time I upload it but it was valid on the time of visa 887 application 18/02/2019 because it is valid for 3 years. I am not sure if it was ok or my complain worked.

Does it matter? I did it on website anyway

FINALLY GRANTED Application date: 18/02/2019 CO contact : 11/05/2020 Asking for English ability for main and secondary applicants. I have had uploaded functional English for secondary applicant only previously. I uploaded it again and uploaded OET test results 'with B in all sections' that was dated 3.5 years ago. I am waiting for co to respond. co asked for English ability on 11/05. I have not had my grant yet

I did complain against my co to the immigration department and I am going to complain against him to the ombudsman next Monday as well.

Actually, I did not upload anything for myself as it is not required for main applicants. Most people did not upload anything for English ability for main applicant and got granted. But I uploaded my OET and transcripts after co asked

What current job qualification you mean. I am a pharmacist and they asked me for functional English. I have to have proficient English to get registered . unless they want only astronauts

Same as you, they asked me for English ability for main and secondary applicants. There is no rule. Sometimes we wait days and sometimes months.

No, There is no mention on the official website. I know friends who came from overseas who had the visa without proving their English ability. It is just stupid co who may be working on different types of visa and made this request by mistake

That was not may case and the co asks for English language for main applicant and secondary applicant. I am the main applicant in both 489 and 887.

That is what I said in my complaint and I put my case officer name and number so he can learn for future applicants

I just complained against my co that he asked irrelevant documents and he should know better than asking main applicant for english ability and asking for documents already supplied

They should not ask for main applicant English ability, I explained this for the co on a different document saying that this is not mentioned in the immigration department website

applied on 18/02/2020 just contacted by co wilson for my english ability for me and my partner.
