Congrats for the grants guys ..

I did call them few times they just say the same silly thing u r still within the waiting period i should be complaining no but have no idea how should i put it.

Hi guys They have decreased the processing time to 16-17 months Its nearly 16 months for us .. can u pls suggest if i should be lodging a complaint and what should i state in complaint. Applied on 3rd of April 2018 Co contacted - 5th june 2019 We have uploaded All doccuments . And waiting since then Pls advise guys . Thanks in advance.

M on bridging visa already since april .. same helpless.. situation

Omg anothet quite day are these immigration people serious?????? How can they be so quite after a great month of june for grants. they should have new budget in hands now for pr visa's but no grants common ppl act as human instead of computers ... who just wait for commands.. We need to do something about it i am thinking to buy slab of redbull to sent it to the case officers We all are so helpless but at the same time guys stay strong and positive ... another day gone but many more to come ... good luck to all..

Guys pls stay positive ... we are so close to get our grants..keep on praying for each other and ourselvs . Sooon soooonnn very soon we will be writing a msg in this form .. Grant.. grant... grant....... soon very soon. ..

I wish ur grant comes today and then just after 1 minute i receive the golden email

Hello @Bern83 m good thanks . Still no news yet , they have recieved both kids medical already now just waiting for the good news .. lets c when will if happen for us who are waiting.. from 15 months. From last 1 week they are very slow.. hope they pick up . Good luck ..everyone .

Hi @Bern83 Any update ... ?? I finally got hap id's working after calling them few times ..first they said i have to wait for CO reply.. but one of the operator helped me he raised a query for me and next morning i got the hap id ..from CO Nicci.. and got kids medical done today .. now fingers crossed..

Hey @Bern83 i have uploaded all other doccuments apart from kids medical .. our indian pcc arrived within a week as we did not travel to home country in past 3 yeas .. i have called immi today to get the medical hap id sorted. The guy was very helpfull and generated a querey about hap id .. he advised to wait now .. and not to worry about anything else as its not in our hand to book a medical without a hap id. So lets c what happens thanks for asking..

I didn't even leave australia in last 3 years and they asked me and hubby home county pcc .. just to make money and to borrow time i guess ..

Are they serious .. waiting time is 16-18 months just logged in to immi acc..

Yea ..it is frustrating .. lets hope for the best.
