No grants ...what a harassment by immi department...they dont care about us ...i am feeling stuck ...blaming myself for choosing this visa category... yeah its my fault...but they ( immi department) should also stick on what they are saying when i applied for 887 the processing time was 7-9 months...its alright we can understand that department may be fallen behind in processing but that thing can be covered by 1 month or we can say 2 months but there is no point that they can't process the files in 1.5 yrs ...its very clear that intentionally they not processing our files and want us to stay in regional area for longer time..they can't understand that our situations...some of us have kids to go to go to uni ...some of us can't get their desire jobs because they need PR people..some of us can buy house..etc ...i dont know if i am wrong or not but what i am thinking that we might need to protest against immigration department than there is a chance that may be the processing time for 887 visa can be decreased ...its just my thinking...if not for ourselves but we can make things easy for those who just applied for 887 ..

I applied on 11th June 2018 and they contact me on 21 June 2019 for further information which was given to them same day but after that no signs .....this wait is killing me ....they want us to submit all requested documents in 28 days i dont think that they even bother to check our files even after a month .....there should be a time limit for immi department as well that they have to open that file in 28 days and finalise it

Means i will get my golden email after 2 months ......lol

Now we have to make a list of people who got contacted than we can see how many people are waiting after first contact...and one grant a day can give us the rough estimate like in how many days it will be our turn . Once this queue finished than they gonna start opening the new files or can say July files ....this is what they doing guys

The way they are processing the files its clear that we have to wait till feb..for me its been one and half month i am waiting after first contact

Bro this monday you and your family will be the one who will get PR before anyone else

Guys i am from June as well still waiting for them

At the time when i applied for 887 i was single and get married later on i am still a single applicant i can't add my wife in 887 file

Afp , Overseas PC, form 80 was updated before they contacted me and after that when they asked me for marriage certificate i submitted it the same time

Can you pls add me in the tracker I applied 887 on 11 June 2018 and they contacted me on 21 June 2019 and asked for Afp , marriage certificate and form 80 it was already updated before they contacted me i dont know why they asked again anyway i resubmit these documents on same day but after that there is complete silence from their side . I am a single applicant

It means you will get PR when your wife and kids will be back in Australia

They contact me 21 June and asked me about AFP and Overseas PCC ...don't know why because it was already updated without they asked me and now again i am waiting reply from their side .i called immigration and asked about it and very easiky she said you have to wait...don't know for how long i am gonna wait now

I am kamal I applied for 887 on June 2018 and than i went back to India for my marriage is it gonna effect my file ? I am new at this Forum One more thing when i applied for 887 the file processing time was 7 to 9 months but now they changed it to 15 to 16 month is their any chance that i can call immigration office and ask them or challenge them like why its taking that much time
