@Yash It is good people want to hire the lawyer and want us to represent. The DHA has responded and granting the visas faster now. Just wait for a week or two. SEE how they go.

Hi all, I just got a reply from Kristina Keneally (Labor party shadow immigration minister). She urged me to contact Alan Tudge.

Will Australia follow Donald trump policy here. From my gut feeling, I’m sure peter Dutton will do some thing similar what Trump is doing in USA now regarding immigration. I really hope it should not affect the PR application currently with DHA Australia.

@nudgee I think the second point which is stating in the screenshot, I think that is referring to 482 and 457 visa. Our visa is skilled regional visa(provisional). We can justify to the ATO, that we are provisional visa holders. When we claim $10000 and just in case if they ask us to support our evidence. We can explain them elaborately.
