Hi Katie, In this form you have to give additional personal particulars information about your self. It is usually not required but on safe side I have submitted everything what ever CO asked from any one I was like keep reading & keep attaching https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/1221.pdf

Hi Nudgee, Yes I have submitted both form 80 and 1221. as I read in this forum CO asked few people about it.

Hi Katie, I have done everything by my own. Yes, I have reapplied for police clearance this year 2019 and resubmitted it as I read COs were asking from many people about it.

Hi Katie, I have applied by my own. Firstly, I tick all the boxes of requirements, then attach what ever new things that come up on this forum. My FPC expired in March so I submitted the new one this year again.
