Just FYI and to avoid confusion , you need to include the name as per the passport including other alias name/s as per immi request. if anything confusing better go via immi complaint they helped me to get the actual format what CO actually looking for.

Applied: 9th May 2018. 1st contact: 12 Jun 2019 - Asked for Wife AFP with Alias name, submitted the same on 19th June 2nd contact: 7th Aug 2019- Again asked for Wife AFP with Alias name. made a complaint, got response that the format for AFP with alias name that i had submitted was incorrect with explanation of the correct format. Submitted again on 16th of Aug 2019 25 Oct 2019 : Visa granted - CO Wilson Thanks to this forum for all the help. All the best to all applicants

Hello Everyone, Applied: 09-05-2018 CO contacted this morning asking my Wife's (Secondary applicant) new AFP with alias name that includes my last name. My last name: C Secondary applicant Passport name (before and after marriage): A B Now CO request another AFP with alias name A B C . A B C is nowhere used except marriage certificate and my daughter's birth certificate. Already renewed AFP and uploaded 3 months back without giving a second thought and now CO asking for that. I have applied for new AFP with alias name this morning. Question: By any chance is there any possibility to get AFP soft copy via email ??? By post i think it takes at least 5-7 working days after assessment done???
