  1. Thanks @IMAD. Yes they replied and said my concern will be forwarded to the processing unit.
  2. Thank you God!!! Applied: 8.10.2018 First Contact: 23.12.2019 (further employment proof, further functional English for 2ndary applicant, medical for 3y/o born in Au) Complaint #1: 16.4.2020 (reply is ‘this is a request, not a complaint) Complaint #2: 17.4.2020 (I used the word ‘complain’ in my letter to state the obvious) Grant: 22.4.2020 CO: Kate Good luck guys, I feel yours are coming next!

  6. Blessings indeed! Congratulations and happy Easter!!!
  7. Yes, 1st contact 23/12 requesting for AFP, further employment proof, HAP ID for 3y/o and further proof of functional English. Good luck to you, hope you get a direct grant
  8. Hi @Stellajane! My partner has no qualms taking the IELTS as she speaks better English that I do, it’s the cost we want to save on I am assuming they require functional English so the partner is able to work and contribute to the economy. You reckon proof of being employed in a position that requires good communication skills will be considered proof of functional English? Your thoughts please..?
  9. Congratulations @Skaur, time to celebrate!!!!
  10. Thanks @Qasim Javed, I will request when they open this coming 6/1/20
  11. Just another query, is the uni letter enough evidence of functional english? If I re-submit, won’t there be issues? thanks again
  12. Hi @Skaur, thank you. I think that was the issue. My previous employer paid monthly and there was no hour breakdown of completed hours in the payslip but they indicate an hourly rate. For my current employer, we are paid weekly and there is an hour breakdown so no issue with that.
  13. Good afternoon! Need your input please. Applied 8/10/18 First Contact: 23/12/19 CO: Kimberley Further required docs: Further evidence of 1 year employment. Submitted payslips, ATO, PAYG documents, salary bank transaction, super docs from the get-go. Is it possible these were just missed by CO and what else can we add? For wife’s functional English, letter from university indicating English as medium of instruction, plus TAFE English assessment were submitted from the get-go. Does wife need a recent IELTS/TOEFL exam or do we just re-submit the uni letter and TAFE assessment (is that something they consider in the first place)? 3 yr old daughter’s medical. I tried asking for a HAP ID prior to this. Can someone please update the spreadsheet and give advice on the above? TIA.. and have a lovely Christmas and New Year
  14. And if I generate a HAP ID by creating a new application, has anyone tried this and received their grant with no issue?
  15. Congratulations to all those who received their grants!!! My child was born in Australia Oct 2016, we applied for 887 in Oct 2018. I tried to ask for a HAP ID via feedback and their reply was : “The Department of Home Affairs has received your feedback on 13 October 2019. The Feedback Form enables us to respond to clients who provide us with suggestions, compliments and complaints about the service the department provides. As the matter you raise is a request, it is not possible for the Global Feedback Unit to assist you with this matter. Any request needs to be raised directly with the processing area.” May I ask where can I get the GP form so I can have my child assessed and then submit that letter to immi?
  16. Hi @ankit7775, where exactly was the link placed in your immi account? Can you screenshot please? Thank you.
