One of my friend got his grant today applied on 13/12/2018

Employers are not f***ing immi to cancel his visa and they can’t exploit worker with pays and entitlement it’s not employers pocket contribution, it is an award wages act by fair work commissions. If your friend fulfil all the conditions and applied pr he doesn’t need to worry. Only the person need to worry is the employers to caught on wage theft.

Hi Ninolaine, Does CO asked on written that she can’t accept uni certificate completed on English medium? or she just asked the functional english again. As when I applied mine 489 Co’s asked us functional English for dependant applicant we submitted all docs for functional English(uni certificate) during application process. My agent resubmitted all the university certificate including transcripts and that’s work.

Hi guys I got HAPid for new born baby and submitted GP medical certificate and consent form. He is 8 months now and we Did another visa medical with New Hapid(issued by my agent Sc 189) How we let immi know that baby already done visa medical with new Hap-id. Do new medical will show up on baby file or we need to attach new hap Id on baby section on immi account. much Appreciated

You need to submit complaint on Compliments, complaints and suggestions or call on 133177 and explain your situation politely manner. If your email is not authorised point of contact please asked your migration agent to submit complaint on your behalf as you have already paid some service fees as well. I suggest you call them directly 133177 and Let them your situation. Also make sure all the documents which has expiry date, please update that.

Hi guys, can anyone suggest me whether do I need to medical for baby or not. Baby was born on April 2019 will be completing 6 months this sunday. Already provided paper based gp medical letter and consent form to immigration. Information on immi account shows no action required?. Can anyone help me out.

CO can issue consent form mate.

I lodge my application from agent and they haven’t request for HAP ID yet!!( baby is 4 months old and agent is planing to request HAP-ID in first week of October). They are even confused why file open so early!!!

Hi Guys, Applied on 24/12/2018, Today got request by immi regarding bub e-medical consent form(under 6 month of age) though I have submitted GP letter when adding new born. I have one question do we need GP to sign on that consent form or it is by main applicant. Co Paul Thanks

Hi Guys, Recently, I have updated Change of detail 1022 form and other detail at immi account for new born baby . I know I am under 887 visa processing time frame though, I have submitted complaint through global feedback unit. I got reply asking Today I Received email from feedback unit stating that Does this is standard email reply for everyone or whether they are taking this seriously!! Please share your experience guys Much appreciate.

Call on 133177 which is complain, suggestion and complement dept of immi, and politely explained them your situation, hope that might work for you mate. My friend does so and he got his grant recently and he had completed his processing time frame.

887 PR grant for June 2019 1st week:-17 2nd wewk:-19 3rd week:-23 4th week:-3 Total 887 grant:-63 Best month so far, hope this trend continued for next month too.

Hi Mate, I have my baby born 2 months ago, updated all his detail with immi and provides passport copy, birth certificate, and and letter from GP( certificates states that bub is healthy). Could you please clarify with me What is Photo declaration? cheers, enjoy your freedom
