  1. Hi, We have been here six months. We live in Moana heights, 5 mins away from Seaford Meadows. Would be more than happy to meet up with you. I am Kathleen and I am here with my husband, Steven and our two boys, Callum 6 and Alastair 4. If your free at the weekend let us know and we will arrange a time and place. Look forward to hearing from you.
  2. Hi Cormcvcr Can you let us know what you think about Port Noarlunga P.S? Thanks
  3. If they ask, (as your advised not to dispose of any assets before your visa is granted) show them your mortgage statement against a house valuation that should be enough to show you have the required funds to support yourself
  4. Well on that basis, I think i would also have to say no. no point playing if you can't win
  5. thanks everyone, I was just thinking the same thing as OP
  6. Hi, i played the lotto online from Perth last year, it detects your not in the UK, and tells you to check that you are not breaking any local laws by playing just accept and continue. I think you have to make your deposits from a UK bank account though.
  7. found this on another thread, You have to inform DIAC of your new passport details. You don't have to go in person, just fill out form 929 http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/929.pdf and send it by snail mail or fax with a certified copy of the new passport (don't think you have to certify it if you fax, a colour scan is fine). Once DIAC has these details, they will transfer the e-visas over to the new passports. This, plus a copy of the grant letter is all you generally need to travel with. Whether you choose to then go to the office at some point to get a paper sticker put into the passport is up to you
  8. If the post office won't do it, UK Passport office returns old ones to you anyway
