  1. We are in QLD, and the grant was from QLD office too.
  2. No medical examination is requested. my child was 2 during 489 and had medical check that time only.
  3. OMG, I have received my grant just now: - applied: 21/09/2019 - granted today - 12/06/2020. - Family of 3, from Singapore. - Docs uploaded: + Employment: employment contract, all payslips from beginning of my employment to May 2020, bank statements with salary deposits highlighted from date of arrival to May 2020 (I kept update additional statements every 3 months), PAYG summary, detailed tax returned lodged with ATO and notice of assessment (with the detailed tax returned lodged with ATO it's easier for CO to understand why there were variances between notice of assessment and employment contracts, hence reduce chance of further request). + Residency: Lease agreement, utility bills to April 2020, bank statements (as I used credit card for daily spending) showing locations of purchases; internet bill, phone bills (both main and dependent applicants), enrollment form for kid, driver licence for both main and dependent, car rego. + Character: PPC for home country (as we visited once for 2 weeks during the 2 years), AFP (with all possible names listed - i.e. name in different orders and short forms), form 80, form 1221. + Identify: passport (both current and expired), birth certificate. I didnt upload photo as that was not in the checklists. + Relationship: marriage certificate, birth certificate of kid. + English: IELTS for secondary (took after visa lodged in Oct 2019) and uni degree for main applicant (instruction in english) Hope the above are usefull for you guys. Thank you everyone in the forums for great help and sharing. Best luck to those still waiting.
  4. Congrats. I applied on the same day 21/09/2019. Hope to share the good news too.
  5. Agreed with you Nudgee. However, in my screenshot the 1st paragraph, it said "if you completed a degree, a higher degree, a diploma or a trade certificate in an institution in or outside Australia that required at least two years of full-time study and all instructions were in English" which is contradicting with the second paragraph where it said "an institution in Australia where all instruction was in English - then At least 1 year of full-time study towards an award". Just make it so confused.
  6. I think that should be fine. However the information on Home Affairs website is a bit confusing:
  7. Afternoon weekdays are now becoming my fav time of the day. Can't stop refeshing the page So happy to see people posting grants. Hope that everyone will get long waited grant very soon.
  8. Thanks. I have checked again, it seems that for address change or job change, form 1022 is not required. However, if you have new baby then form 1022 is required, that's why Kumar123 was asked. However, to be on save side, I will upload the form anyway.
  9. Thank you very much Nudgee. I already updated on immi account using the "Update Details" function. Will prepare and submit form 1022 to be on safe side now.
  10. Dear all, wanting to seek your advice re form 1022 - Notification of changes in Circumstances . Would this form is required if: a) I or my spouse changed jobs? b) We moved to new address? All the above changes were updated in immi, however I just want to check to make sure if form 1022 is required? Thanks a lot.
  11. Hi Admin, Please add me to the tracker: Applied: 21/09/2019 Family of 3 - Country of passport: Singapore Thank you.
  12. Hi, just want to clarify a bit more re your case: 1. Did you apply in August 2018 or August 2019? If it was Aug 2019 then you were contacted within less than 4 months? 2. Your wife's IELTS was taken on 08/09/2018 which is within 12 months, I dont understand why they requested for updated one? Thanks, Tracy
  13. Hi everyone, I lodged my application for 887 visa in September 2019 and therefore creating account to join this group. Although I have lodged my application, I still have some doubts on the following matters that I want to seek advice from you, especially from one who have been granted recently. 1. English requirement for partner: IELTS test for partner submitted when applying for visa 489 2 years ago and this IELTS certificate already expired now. I did not submit anything for "proof of functional english for partner. As per DHA website, proof of functional english is required for dependent > 18 years, however, it seems that partner is not a dependent - extract from DHA re definition of a dependent is as followings. So my question is, does my partner has to re-take IELTS and submit result? Anyone did not submit and was asked? Or can I submit the expired IELTS which was submitted earlier during 489 application? A dependant is: someone who has wholly or substantially relied on mostly you for a substantial period of time to meet their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter someone who has wholly or substantially relied on you for a substantial period of time for financial support because they can't work due to a mental or physical disability 2. Re health examination: all of us had health check during 489 application. However, one of my friends suggested that if we enroll to medicare, and have claim, based on history recorded in medicare, DHA may request us to have health check again. Is is true? Anyone has been requested to undergo health check when applying 887 due to this reason? Appreciate your advice. Thank you very much, Tracy
