Yes we got the response that your complain has been provided to relavent department and we said in our complain that please process our application in this uncertain time.we asked them humbly and said we provided what you asked so please process our application we will greatful.

Grant Grant Grant finally received our grant family of 2 applied 27 october 2018 first contact 09 jan 2020 asked for transcripts for english proof for partner and provided same day did complain on 8th april Got our grant today soo much relaxed and happy hope everyone get their grant soon

Congrats you are very lucky we applied on 27/10/2018 first contact on 10 jan 2020 nothing afrer that hope to get ours soon

Wow congrats i think we are next applied on 26 october 2018 first contact on 10 January 2019 for partner’s functional english proof provided same day nothing after that. but now after seeing ur grant hoping that we are next

Guys you are not really temporary residents, infact 489 is a pathway for the PR so there is difference in temporary residents and 489 temporary residents so don’t panic your are not going home.

But I suggest you to provide transcripts n other official proof for english on the safe hand it will minimise the chance for asking more documents for english

Hoping it too we provided the same letter at the time of 489 n got visa they did not ask for any further proof I don’t know why they are asking for documents now because we already got 489 on the base of letter so unfair

We provided the letter from institution stating that my course was in english for my masters degree but they asked for transcripts n other proof for the english so we provided the same day.nothing after that still waiting

CO was rajani n it was very frustrating as we provided everything to get direct grant but still they asked further documents just to waste our time so annoying
