You can go ahead and upload the marriage certificate under "Relationship - Spouse, De facto Partner Evidence of" as well. Regarding 956, i dnt have any idea...

Did you try calling BUPA? It might help.

Every university knows about this requirement nowadays, you can ask them by providing your degree details. You can even search in your university website, details regarding this should be available.

The problem during these COVID times, they are only allowing PRs and citizens to enter ... I have seen some are allowed based on some compassionate grounds..

As far as i know, you will get a pre-grant which means you have to come back to Australia in order to get the actual grant. You can't use pre-grant as a PR for entering Australia. Others input would be appreciated.

Good signs-- both backlogs and fresh cases are being touched.

That's sad, DOHA should process these backlogs... Now i understand, why the processing time is still 16-20 months
