If immediate family member is to have operation in the home country, will the company pay the wage out of the personal leave for the time while I was absent? if I need to prove that the immediate family had the operation, do I need to provide English-translated medical certificate to the company? Were you offshore when you were granted with 489

I think the functional english is not requested by case officer for those who applied 489 onshore, having passports from certain countries such as England, New Zealand, etc and if already provided the academic transcript from university when applying for 489.

I was thinking to upload my degree transcript in case a case officer asks me at a later stage. but i wasn't asked in the first contact from case officer. and migration agent advised me to upload only the requested documents.
