Agent told us just to re-submit the letter and transcript as is NOT same IELTS certificate. No need to do English test again as its not expired.

Hi guys, GRANT GRANT GRANT !!!! I just got the golden email from agent today! - Applied date: 07/08/2018 - 1st contact: 20/11/2019 CO asked to update the functional English (transcript and letter) which is same one had been provided for visa 489. - Complained on 14/02/2020, only one. - GRANT: 28/04/2020 - Family (4) - CO: Wilson Guys, i love this forum. Wish you will get the grant soon. Cheers!

Congratulation! You are lucky! Your case is similar with mine, but mine has been still waiting since the 1st contact on 26/11/2019 (applied date: 07/08/2018) . CO asked to submit the function English which is the same one had been provided for 489. Agent has explained that the provided transcript and letter for 489 was NOT expired like IELTS certificate. So, agent told us just re-submit the letter and … wait for grant ! Even complained on 04/02/2020... but still waiting! Praying for granted !!!
