What do you mean for English language ability? Is it IELTS, right? In the end, can someone summarize the situation with the IELTS been asked also for the main applicant? My understanding is that when can complain and we are in the right to do not provide IELTS for the main applicant. Can someone clear this point? Thanks

Thank you. So I need also updated PCC from my origin country and them translate. This is always or it's better to wait the CO to ask. I applied for 887 in 11/2019

Please update the link or explain better want to do. I'm really keen to push this in Court because it's the only way. And please, I don't want to read on this blog "maybe it's better to wait because now they are faster to grant the PR". This is just ridiculous when the actual processing time is even increased to 29 months!!

Sorry, I don't understand. "We are technically PR and shouldn’t even have to bother about this " The 887 are not PR because, during the processing time, the now is a limbo, we are still temporary visa in our 489. Is there something that I don't get it?

Sorry, I was confused. I thought it was 489 visa. But should works the same, if it's helping in some way. Is there a petition expressly for us? 489 visas and 887 visas in waiting?
