hey has anyone ever been asked for the consent form for New Zealand's PCC? I have got the CO's 2nd request for the same, just want to know how much time do they take to get the verification done, and an update after that?

I am a silent follower, just need to know about my situation. I applied 887 on 26 Aug 2019. 1st contact: 10 June 2020, asked for NZ PCC and work documents (already provided while lodging the visa). There is no requirement for NZ PCC as I have not lived in NZ since 2011. I still submitted it in 2017 while lodging 489 and they verified it. Now again asking for it was a major concern. Submitted both these documents on 15 June 2020. I called in order to ask for further, it seemed as if the person talking to me was just sitting in front of the computer and reading out from the website. He didn't even care to ask us for the reference number or any name either. I just want to know how long can they take to process the file once the docs have been submitted? Thanks
