  1. Dear Friends i have applied for NSW 190 visa. I had a question to be clarified in this valuable forum. 1.Assuming that i will get an invite in the months to come, Can my wife and kid who are the secondary applicants can move first and me do the permanent move after a period say 1 year from my current job location. We all will together go for the initial entry but my family will move first and i will join them after a certain period of time in order to close out my commitments in the current work place. is it possible ? 2.Also can my family be put up in Adelaide until i join them? This is because we are familiar with Adelaide as we visited and stayed at that place for some time and also have few friends in Adelaide. Will this anyways affect the visa rules ? Will it be checked and seen that my family has NSW sponsored 190 visa but living in Adelaide - example like enrolling for a school or looking for an apartment where we have to provide certain documents (if necessary ? not sure) and will it impact their visa and entitlements including medicare/centrelink etc if i am(primary applicant) not living with them and not in NSW? Basically i am thinking to put up my family in Adelaide until i join them and i wish to get a feedback from the members whether if this way is fair enough legally and do not have any impacts for my family to do all day to day routines as above and also to ensure my visa is not impacted and to join them.
  2. Thanks to u both Snifter & Rammygirl. As Rammy said , yes it would be a bit difficult for them to be alone. But this is a forecast only and a collective thought within ourselves. We will definitely review it again before we do the move. It was nice that your reply's have clarified our queries.
  3. Thanks for the reply. So basically can i reassure myself that even if i validate the visa and say comeback to my current work place due to some commitments, My Wife and kid can stay over in Australia as an independent PR Visa holders even though the Primary Applicant (which is myself) is not present in the country physically. Is this understanding correct ? because i dont want any difficulties for my family when i move back and they have to be fine with my kids schooling and if my wife gets a job too ?
  4. Dear All, I have few following queries to the valuable members and moderators of this wonderful forum. I have a positives skills assessment for 261112 Systems Analyst. I intend to apply for State Sponsorship to NSW(65 points) or 189 Visa(60 points) currently. My self, my wife and my daughter are the applicants and i am the primary applicant. 1.If my application is successful what would be the criteria after all of our initial entry. Can my wife and daughter enter NSW or any state without me and live/work there ? 2.I have few commitments to fulfill in my current role and hence may have to stay back for say 2-3 yrs (just a forecast) but i dont want to miss out the chance of acquiring a visa now because later it will become quiet difficult for me to achieve an Australian visa since i would cross the age of 40 and have to score more points in English tests, change in rules etc. 3.I suppose once the PR visa is issued, my wife and daughter's candidature becomes independent and do not have any binding with my PR Visa. Is it correct ? Sometimes i could finish off my commitments and join them quickly also but i would like to take the feedback from your experience and knowledge here. 4.Can my wife work and Daughter go to school without me present in the state(NSW/Others) ? 5.Also what is the validity of this 189/190 PR Visa. 6.Can we able to sponsor and bring our parents to Australia on a visitor visa ? 7.If i get a 190 state sponsored visa can we able to visit other Australian state such as Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane for short visits as visitors to that state ? Kindly reply, Thank You.
  5. thnx claire ..will do the best possible way to satisfy the existing rules ..
  6. Dear Members/Seniors , Pls help..
  7. Hi.. few more clarifications required , 1.so if i have lived for 27 dys during last nov-dec2013 and 2dys of my initial entry to SA - can i include all these to achieve 730 dys ? currently i intend to move by nov'14 and complete the balance of 701 dys with visa expiring by 18-oct-2016 including a one year extension. 2. Due to my current employment outside Australia - if i have been asked to serve my current employer for another 3 months , i would be able to complete around 613 dys only in my 475 visa, In this scenario - iam still willing to fulfill 2 yrs rule , do i have the option to do it ? can i still be able to achieve the PR 887- me as a migrant is ready and committed to fulfill the living/working criteria for 475 visa - but will i have that option to do it in such a way to live the balance 90 dys and apply for PR887 ? Request members kindly for a clarification on this - thanks.
  8. Hi Thanx for your reply. Also Is it possible that i can show all of my stay dates for this 2 year living rule even if it is done thru multiple entries right from initial entry date even if it has gaps in between ?
  9. Hi Friends and Members, just i had a question to check about 475 visa. If in case i am able to complete 22months of stay in SA, in this scenario will be eligible to apply for a PR887? Is that 2 years checking will be done strictly based on the total days which i lived .. will it be checked via my passport (in and out stamped dates ?)or the docs which i will provide ? me and my family are planning to settle in SA but we are going to be short by atleast 1-2 mnths in that 2 years living rule .. any ways to fix this ? request to share your views and a possible resolution .. thanx
