  1. Sorry, I posted earlier a part of the news. Here is the rest- "Planning levels – Points-tested visas The Migration Programme determines the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category. Applications for this visa are processed in line with Migration Programme planning levels. These planning levels have precedence over indicative client service standard timeframes." As it says "each visa category" so I guess that will effect on 887 sub class as well.
  2. Hi mate, may be you already know about the following news, but also share this for who don't know yet. "The Migration Programme planning level for the Skilled Nominated category now has limited number of places left for the 2014-15 programme year. This means processing times will be longer and that once the remaining places are used, the Department cannot grant further visas in this category during this programme year. Processing of these applications will continue although it may still be some time (usually not before 1 July) before a final decision is made. Should the need arise applicants can check the Department’s website (http://www.immi.gov.au) for any updates regarding application processing or changes to the Skilled Migration Programme. Message from General Skilled Migration, DIBP"
  3. Sorry Guys, I should have informed you my good news yesterday ( thanks Sugarboy to do that behalf of me) , but unfortunately I was struggling to log in here because of password issue. Anyway Thank you all my well wishers, specially thank you Sugarboy. I wish from my heart to all delayed applicants to recover the Immi pain. May be I couldn't log in or write down here every day, but at least once a day I came here to check the update or read and learn something from you guys. I will miss this forum and you all. Good luck. If anyone wants to ask any question about my application, I will happily reply you.
  4. @applicant887, I wanted to apply subclass 189, talked to several immi lawers, everyone said-if I withdraw application, in future whenever I apply in Australia, they will do full security check. Even I wanted to apply New Zeland and Canada, lawers said- now a days, they share information about security. So untill solved this issue, better wait. And my view is, there is not any concrete rule on this issue. If u want u can try.
  5. probably this time, something is going to happend really. we all want to get out of the hell. we are suffering a lot. this is the worst nightmare of our life. hope it will end soon.
  6. I already talked to a powerful Federal MP ( Tasmania, pls don't ask the name) about the discrimination between old and new applicantions of 887. He said he will place a report in the cabinate meeting. But for me he can't help or he can't request anyone. but he will ask them the update of my file. But this update will be second time for me by him.
  7. one of my friend got green card in USA after living there 18 years. who knows how long for us!
  8. Hi eid2014, I m not going to make faster process my file. I m going to request him to put the issue in the cabinet meeting or parliament or directly discuss to the immi minister. This is not logical, old applicants of 887 will be suspected of terrorism and new application will be unsuspected in the same country. But you are right , only my request or protest can not change thier mind. just try.
  9. I am goint to meet a federal MP. I will ask him this injustice matter. Although before I was informed from his office- no one can interrupt ASIO. I am so much fed up with this discrimination between old and new applicants.
  10. I don't expect the result very soon anymore. ASIO is going to tighten the check.
  11. But new 887 applicants are getting result quicker.
  12. @sugarboy, I think so. Still plenty of people left from early 2013.
  13. As far as I know, only 2 persons in this forum got PR from applicants of 2013. Do u know anyone else?
  14. Mate, I don't know about 2 months period for PC. And as far as I know, u have to get Overseas PC after coming back in Au.
