  1. Ups.. NO: Bridging Visa A is ONSHORE, if you want to travel - you have to apply for - guess what - Bridging Visa B, pay for it - again!!! - and it allows you cross the border. You see, this people make money even from the air... And, having Br.V. B you and everybody in your application MUST return to AU before PR granted - it means, your CO will contact you when he is ready to make a decision and request you to come back and only then grant you PR . So it is really easier to stay here waiting for PR. Sorry...
  2. Dear, you have limited (60) number of files to attach for each applicant, so it is wise to group documents in .pdf file up to 5 Mb. I had them grouped like 1. First rural address - contract, all bills, inspection letters, vehicle rego, bond paper, final inspection etc... 2. Second rural address - Appendix A, all the same + Bank Statements 3. Second rural address - Appendix B, all the same - did not fit all in 1 file. 4. First rural employment - Emp. letter, Contract, all 35+ hpw payslips, PAYG, Super Fund Letters 5. 2nd rural employment - same story. 6. CV file - made a table with list of my dates, addresses, employments to show it meets 2y & 1 y conditions. ... Thinking about your docs grouping - put youself in the shoes of the Case Officer - would it be easy for a new person to understend your situation by this papers? Try to organise it in the easiest way to find your info, do not produse mess. Uploading Button appears after you Submit and Pay for your Application. Here is help: [h=3]Guidelines on attaching documents to an online visa application [/h]http://www.immi.gov.au/Services/Pages/attach-documents-online-application.aspx#sub-heading-1 ImmiAccount – How to attach documents to an application (415KB PDF) http://www.immi.gov.au/helptexts/en/online-account/qrg/attach_documents.pdf Good luck, dear, so many people here done it, and you could so!!!
  3. Dear colleaques it waiting, Received PR Direct Grant Letter 09th Dec 2014 Applied on Oct 12th 2014 - 475 (bloody bushvisa) to 887. No CO allocated, provided were: NPC, oversease PC, Form 80, military discharge certificate. Wish all of you the same !!! PS. My very best regards to the sweet Admin of this Forum: updates appear in your Timeline .xls file almost immediately after posting. You are awesome and make so important job providing all of us with crucial information !!! Thank you forever!!!
  4. yes, just download Form 80 from Immi, complete, sign, scan and attach. And do not forget about NPC and oversease police clearances as well. Good luck!!!
  5. Thumbs UP !!! All the best in new PR life!!! :xmas15:
  6. Skilled Regional visa (subclass 887) document checklist http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/checklists/887.aspx - does it say anything about V 489 docs?
  7. in the case I know CO advised to remove a parent from application and then visa was granted. So anyway wait for CO . On the other hand - how much / for how many persons did you pay with your application lodgement?
  8. Yes, you are: fulltime = 35 hpw or 70 fornightly, less than 20 hpw means NO WORK at all (up to DIBP)
  9. As far as I see, saying your parents are your DEPENDANTS means you are trying to prepare their relocation to AU (from the DIBP point of view). Consequently they request all their paperload, medicine, prove of financial dependance from you etc... There were few cases then a family member (ex-spouse or a child) included in 475 was not included in 887 - and medicine was requested JUST only for that (overseas) person... So maybe you should amend your application changing your parents status for "non-migrating other (non-dependants) family members" and try reunion after PR?..
  10. My BEST congratulations!!! I've applied 475 to 887 at Oct 12th, and your message gives huge hopes to all October's !!!
