laptop screen cracked, help!!

my hubby knocked my Acer Touch screen laptop and it now has a crack from bottom left hand corner right to the top of the top right hand corner..

I am gutted as its only 5 months old..

Problem being its a touch screen so it thinks it is being touched and the size of the display screen flutters from 100% to 400% and as low as 25% making it impossible to get work done..

Is there any techy somebodies out there that can tell me who,how, how much or can it even be fixed??

i am assuming the model number is: Aspire 5738PZG does that look right?
