Mortgage/Home Loan on Provisional 475 Visa

Hi again,

 

Can anyone tell me if buying a house, applying for mortgage etc, is going to cause me any issues based on a 475 provisional visa.

The general consensus is that you can apply for a maximum of 80% of the property value on the SIR visa. Some banks will lend, some won't on this visa.

 

Maybe worth contacting a broker? We found ANZ to be quite helpful but we haven't signed up to anything yet as we are waiting to sell in the UK.
