We've applied for my daughter's partner and her child's visas..she's a PR. They are all in the UK. How long are these taking to come through ? Does anyone know ?

Off shore partner visa applications are currently 8-9 months from lodgement to grant. The CO will inform and explain all this in their email to the applicant. Won't be any quicker than this.

Medical and police checks are done around 3 months after application being lodged. And there may be a request for more evidence but this is usually asked for very early on. Once all that is done its just a case of waiting for grant many months later.
