I was a health visitor in the uk ( working with babies and young children ). I have recently been registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse and was hoping to get some part time work in aged care but its been more than 25 years since I did any general nursing. Looking at the adverts for aged care I am beginning to feel that I am well truly past it! Would I need some up dating?

Try Nasa agency. My wife got loads of aged care work as a carer and then as an enrolled nurse a few years ago. There are others, someone will tell you.

Good luck,

Cooler
