Mr Weatherill says the budget is on track to reach to a $467 million surplus in 2016/17 and defended the Government's spending record.

I do wonder sometimes if any of the people that come up with this information actually live in Adelaide and talk to 'real' people. I reckon the only way we will be in a surplus is if someone gets creative with the accounting, or do they do that already to come up with these figures?

The budget is over a Billion overspent so in 2/3 years time there going to have near enought a spare 1/2 a Billion kicking about don't see it somehow.
