And meanwhile the state is bankrupt there is no chance that they will be back in surplus by 2016/17

 

I do wonder sometimes if any of the people that come up with this information actually live in Adelaide and talk to 'real' people. I reckon the only way we will be in a surplus is if someone gets creative with the accounting, or do they do that already to come up with these figures?
