We are breaking lease on a 3 bedroom house in Seaton on 11th September. It's a lovely house on a great avenue with fab neighbours. It's in a good location too, a few streets back from Grange road, making it a five minute drive to Grange beach and 15 minutes into the city. It's in the zone for a Kidman Park Primary School, and an easy walk to Collins Reserve and Fulham Gardens shops. Rent is $430 pw

 

We have been here for just over a year and are moving on after bidding for and winning our first aussie home yesterday!!! Exciting times ahead
