where can i renew an english passport in SA?

My passport runs out in july, the only info i can find on the net is that i have to print off an application form from the british government website, then fill it in and post the whole lot to the uk including my current passport, surely this can't be right! Can any one help please.

Yes, that is correct info. It's really easy, we got our sons done and it was back within a few weeks, just the other day.

 

All UK passports now go to the UK. Price has come down also because of this. Use the pre paid recorded post, I think it was $22 to send it all. We got old cancelled passport back quickly and the new one followed a week later.

Yes, that's right - fill out the forms and send back to the UK - It can take less than a month if you're lucky
