Proof of residential address>>> i have lived two months with my brother at his home so i am providing agreement done between both of us and also i have car insurance letter on this address is this sufficient or do i need more please help me if possible

PROOF of working in regional area>>>i have sent PAYG FOR TWO YEARS,NOTICE OF TAX ASSESSMENT,BANK STATEMENTS SHOWING MY PAY IN MY ACCOUNT.

JUST WORRIED ABOUT PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS???

I also had same problem. My fist four months, I lived in Share house with Private owner. I got letter from them. I also had Rego and Bank Statements. But immigration asking Utility Bills. However, everyone take time to settle in Australia. So my understand is, we should provide details as much as we can. But we can't create documents for past. Hopefully, CO will satisfy. I am still waiting for Golden Letter.

if you have a credit card, give your credit care bank statement, I guess

it was awesome help

i have uploaded documents from Department of Transport which has my old address and also Copy of Insurance of my car with old address hopefully that should be fine with utility bills for the remaining months.

Regarding proof of income have attached all PAYG, Notice of TAX assessments and bank statements.

Hopefully it should be fine ?????

Thought of sharing this information.

 

if functional English is required for your spouse, rather doing IELTS or PTE, you can do ISLPR (International Second Language Proficiency Rating) which is conducted by (AMEP) Adult Migrant English Program service provider in Australia. which is also available in the immi website

Advantage is you get the results as soon as you finish the exam and no need wait for weeks.

I checked ISLPR, it only offer in QLD. Do you know any other way to prove Functional English.

 

IELTS take long time. My spouse did IELTS 2.5 years ago. We submitted IELTS results when we apply 489. Firstly, I thought IELTS valid for 3 years. But unfortunately, Functional English only valid for 12 months. My spouse did 12 months certificate course here (finished 2 months 3 months ago)and did Eng. medium Adv. dip & Cert. Course 2 years full-time in overseas 2003-2006. also did IELTS 2007 & 2013.

I already send those evidence to CO and after submit documents, CO will take another 5-6 weeks to look our files. Last moment if they request English, we have to wait another couple of months. This is real business in Australia.

 

Please let me know if you know any other option. I am base on NSW.

Current prediction, CO will reopen files around June 10th. Direct grant around July 10th.

I submitted request documents 17/07. May be I have to wait another 4-5 weeks. You may 2-3 weeks.

Depend on CO's work load. Will see...What to do...

It's worth traveling to QLD to do the exam when compared to IELTS and PTV

 

Not sure about NSW where they conduct ISLPR. but ISLPR is available in QLD/ SA/ VIC
