It's worth traveling to QLD to do the exam when compared to IELTS and PTV

 

Not sure about NSW where they conduct ISLPR. but ISLPR is available in QLD/ SA/ VIC

Yes you are right travelling to QLD is worth.

 

I contact all of them, These are government funded and they want to enrol their free course. But it will take ages. I call AMES & Edu.gov as well.

But immigration website directly didn't tell about ISLPR.

So, I have doubt about ISLPR.

If ISLPR valid, worth to Travell QLD.

Hi feb25887,

i think we both r in the same boat, co allocated on 7/7, asked for patner functional English, I submitted my patners IELTS done in 2013. When I rang Immig they said it is valid for 3 years. And can I ask u what's the score of ur patner.

 

My spouse got 4.5 overall in 2013. if someone got IELTS score 5+ for each, It's valid for 3 years.

ISLPR is conducted by AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program) in South Australia.

 

In the result sheet they mention the score as well as the candidate is satisfied the functional level of English which is required by the Deportment of Immigration and Boarder Protection.

Hi I am new to this forum but have been reading the posts for a while your posts are great for keeping people informed

we applied for 887 9/3/16 CO assigned 27/7/16 further updated police check required for my wife hopefully we can submit doc next week

 

I have been asked for the same thing. I have been asked to add my wife's previously known name before marriage in the AFP certificate.

CO allocated on 6/7/16, Documents Submitted on 13/7/16.. Still waiting..
