The Adelaide Desalination Plant project is part of a state strategy to ensure a secure water supply for the future of South Australia. Our multi-national consortium AdelaideAqua has been awarded the contract to design, build, operate and maintain this critical infrastructure.

 

Initially the role will commence in our Adelaide office. The project team will be relocating to the Port Stanvac Site office in approximately 3 months.

 

We have several new roles for PAs and EAs that will provide an excellent career opportunity for the right person.

 

Key responsibilities include all traditional aspects of PA/EA roles such as diary management, booking travel, preparation for alliance meetings, preparation of reports and providing all-round executive support.

 

The successful person will be able to demonstrate the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.

 

Applicants will also have advanced MS office skills and a typing speed of 65+ wpm. Previous experience working on projects within the construction or heavy industrial industries will be highly regarded.
