Well folks thats SA screwed. Car industry gone, most other manufacturers either moving interstate or overseas, now the last major industry for anyone to build up around is going too. Welcome to the future. Good luck to the unemployed in this state.. Still there's the cycle race, lots of old folk and heaps of wine

The redundant workers could upgrade this

Poorly designed and bad computer programmes and bad management didn't help either and also now sending staff by the plane load from Osbourne over to Freemantle with hotels flights and expenses doesn't help too. The workers did as required...

UK's Astute first submarine was more than a billion pounds over budget. Not bad on an initial 800 million budget. Government continues to support the industry. Thousands of people keep their jobs. UK maintains it's own independent security and exports billions of dollars of defence equipment.

Building submarines is a complicated business.

SA won't get any federal help being the only non-liberal state.
