Short term accom required from 25th Sept 2015 for 1 month

Hi,

 

Looking for short term accomodation for the above availabilty dates - should be arriving around the 25th Sept and would require approx a month stay to search for long term rental - ideal areas are from seacliff all the way up as far as Semephore - We stayed in West beach during our recce and def love these areas - but for the short term accom we just require somewhere suitable distance from these areas for a base

 

Looked on Stayz etc but look very pricey

Holiday accommodation is pricey but cheaper than hotels and you get a whole house with no other bills. If you contact landlords they will often give you a discount for longer stays.

 

We negotiated a discount by saying we didn't need any services just and end of let clean as I would do all the linen and cleaning in between.

 

There re are a number of posters on here with property at very reasonable prices, look in the rentals section.

We stayed at one of Tyke's houses in November. A little further south but beautiful all the same. Also Tamara has some lovely rentals near us. We love the area, so much we settled in Port Noarlunga.

We stayed in one of tamaras cottages. It was a lovely place with everything that you need. We loved the area so much that we still stay local.
