Hi Mate If u don't have any visa labeled in your passport then don't worry about this field and u can easily go forward in your application although in the same page u have to enter the details of your passport in questions before asking for visa number. I did the same and have no problem in completing the application..Only those who have visa labeled in their passport have to write a 11 digit number starting from some Alphabet Thanks sachin

Hi Mate I would say that all processing times of different application are differ according to priority but as u applied 887 visa no matter from 475 or 476 etc its min 2 months to max 2 years depend on all the documents and conditions Thanks

HI Lucky Welcome to Forum As much in my knowledge residency prove is one of the important document u need to submitt at the time of 887 lodgement..But as u say u have no lease but all bill etc on your name then what u do u can write a cover letter named as General document and mention that the property in which u lived is on your cousin name but u have all bills and etc and if u can prove your rent receipt then its all f9. Hi I think You must need a release letter..In case u need to file your PR after the time comes then may be its possibility that case officer asked you about your move here in adelaide and also want you to show release letter from your current living state NSW govt.or whoever..So its better for you if u can organise a release letter by requesting them and tell them that you have more chances of getting job here in adelaide. HI SAJ Congrates for your Visa granted I am in a similar position as like u was earlier means i have been to overseas 3 times in my 2 years so far but that consist of 1.5 month, 20 days and 10 days so i was worried if i have to wait another few months to file my PR but now it look likes that i can file exact after 2 years and also have to write a letter to CO and let them about my trip purposes. But it would be great if u pls tell me how to write a letter to CO? is it at the time of applied or once CO assigned? Thanks Mate

Hi Zino welcome to Forum If u or your husband any of them got a job outside adelaide somewhere then without any problem u can move there but what u need is to get a release letter from SA govt and to show them a valid proof of job and then without any problem u can live there. Thanks

Can we file 887 visa exactly after 2 years even when we already spend 60-80 days overseas? i spend almost 2 months or more in overseas During this 2 years in Adelaide but not sure can i still file my 887 visa on time or do i have to wait another 3 months to file my visa ? Hi Guys I am new in this forum. I am going to file my PR 887 visa after 10 sep this year as then i completed 2 years here in Adelaide under the condition of my current 475 visa. But i am worried if i could fie it on time or not as i already been to india 2-3 times due to my father sickness first and after that due to my brother marriage so far for 86 days in total. I don't no whether there any overseas exemption in my 475 visa or not for staying overseas..Those who are in PR have different stories. So can anyone assist me in answering this that do i need to stay another 3 months to file my visa after i finished 2 years originally or i can still file it on time after 10 september. Any reply will be appreciate in regards. Thanks Sachin
