hi personally i would choose adelaide, friendly people ,better weather <not humid>and not as many creepy crawlies. We went last year and the roads were so busy ,gold coast was like any busy sea side town .fast food and arcade games. Austalia zoo worth a visit highlight of our trip ,takes a few hours from gold coast though, good luck

hi bet you head is going round yes its a game of juggling but once you get a feel for a place you want to live it al falls into place ,i think its like in the uk if your in the schools catchment area they have to find ,places for the children .have you any ideas where you want to settle, we live in hallett cove and our kids go to r .12 so no swopping schools nice place to live ,transport ,and by the sea good luck

HELLO YES IT DOES GET COLD NOT AS COLD AS UK BUT FETCH YOUR WARM CLOTHES NOT BIG COATS BUT WARM JACKETS ALSO JUMPERS AND ALL THOSE CLOTHES THAT ARE SOOO COMFY THE HOUSES ARE LOVELY BUT DOUBLE GLASING IS NOT STANDARD . WE ALSO HAVE HAD A WET WINTER SOME DAYS WE THOUGHT WE WERE BACK IN YORKSHIRE. hi yes your right dentists are expensive over here just had a quote for rebuilding a tooth one thousand dollars plus have had a run of bad luck in the dental area since being here spent a fortune cost for pulling out a tooth one hundred and thirty dollars every check up is about one hundred and thirty dollars with a clean and polish so quiet expensive although i was a regular in the uk at the dentist so things were okay when we left the kids can getschool dentist work done just basics at a cheeper price the state give you vouchers for teenagers teeth health once a year so that covers an appointmentfor basic care dont know prices on braces but loads of teenagers have them over here after all that the service me and my family have recieved was very good could have been seen on the same day on one occasion sorry dont know about options best of luck
