Hi I got my Visa today. I applied on 20 May and got my Visa today. I gave all the documents including scanned copies of passport, birth certificates, marriage certificate, rental agreements, utility bills, payslips of my wife, bank statements. No form 80 or nothing as such. Thanks a lot guys. I wish everyone who is waiting to get their visa soon... Thanks

Utility bills are the best proof, if not rent agreement should do the job. Or car registration certificates.... For 1 year 2 months... To be on the safe side, it is advisable to complete that time period and you should file that visa in end of October... Rest you can consult an immi agent... The documents for Paid work you have mentioned sounds good and enough to support your claim... Make sure 1 month and 2 week time is also covered... It means you might needs to show more weeks of work to cover the gap.... Congrats for the new member. Add him the application, co might ask to get his 489 first and then grant a visa to all... I would suggest you to take help from a agent to smoothen the process... . Hope it helps...

Hi Sam, I don't think so. Immi only accept something off diploma level and that too should be of 1 year.... If you look back in this thread, there was a person who had to get ielts for his wife to prove the same.... A letter from college from where the second applicant might have done the graduation should do the job....

Don't worry about it at the moment... Medical is not really a requirement until a CO ask for it....

Have a look at immi account. If it says that you don't need medical documents to be attached for the kid... Don't do it now.... With for CO to ask for it because it is 50% chance that they will ask for it.

Apply for bridging visa B through immi account to be on safer side... It doesn't take long to get grant if you attach some document to support the claim or reason to visit...

I don't think that you would need to another pcc as it should be within a year at the time of application. Only time you need new pcc if you have visited any other country in between...

If you will check the document list. Primary applicant don't need to have any doce to support English requirement. As it is basically for secondary applicant only.

As per immi website and rules, you might not be eligible if you have been denied or refused for any Visa or entry in Australia. I am pretty sure that immi will also look at the reason for refusal. Until and unless the refusal is socio economics factor affecting national security, you can still be grated the visa. Thus the answer is yes, you can reapply visa. But take help of a immi agent if you are reapplying....

As he is a main applicant of 887. There is no requirement for him to support his functional English. You need to provide the proof of functional English for yourself.

I have the same case. I filled my Visa in May, 2017. Awaiting for CO to contact....

You may apply online and that is probably the best way... He doesn't need to show anything for English requirement. But you will need to show documents to support English requirement for yourself...

Not Sure Jose. Please consult a agent because one of the conditions for 887 is that you might not be eligible if your have been denied to enter in Australia or so. Which I think is more related to serious issues. Still contact a migration agent. Regards
