Dear all, I am sharing my personal experience to all. I lodged my 887 visa on Dec 2017 and 1st case officer allocated on end of July 2018. They asked adverse information explanation. Failing to proof the adverse information lead to section PIC 4020 band of 3 years in Australia. Department checked my social media like LinkedIn, zoominfo profile etc where I have not updated my current job profile and position. According to the social media I was still living and working in the metro area. Honestly speaking after I move to a regional area, I never bother to update this information. Case officer found this info and asked for the explanation or I will get PIC 4020. So I contacted all these social media platforms and collected data from that. Also I have hired a superman (migration agent) and he submitted a huge submission to the department. After 10 months 7 May 2019 NEW case officer assigned. This time case office asking that they found 3 names as alias. These names are my Father mother and brother. I have submitted their photo IDs and state declaration to the department. Also I have complained to the department about this silly information. After I lodged my complaint in 2 days I got the PR. Below are my suggestion to fellow members 1. Check you facebook, LinkedIn etc profile if you haven’t update your current employment information please do it. Otherwise, you will suffer like my. 2. Don’t buy or commit to buying any property or land unless until you get PR email. Otherwise, you will suffer huge financial loss. 3. After lodgement of 887 visa if you travel overseas get an overseas police clearance. Best of luck all. Russki I love you so much. You are a real hero

Dear ALL After huge trouble finally, we got our permanent residency. Applied 24th December 2019 16 July 2018 1s case officer 7 May 2019 2nd case officer 20-05-2019 finally Sophorn today

HI Russki You are right, but in my case, I haven't received any info yet from CO. Without knowing what CO-currently looking on my file make me scarier... Today again I called the call center and spoken to the customer lady with the loud voice but she keeps telling under global processing time. Feeling like someone chain my body with heavy weight and throw me in the deep sea. If I didn't get my PR by next month I have to pay extra around $15K for surcharge duty.

I am feeling hopeless now......

Dear sewa, I have tried to call them 3 times and email them but no response. Initial 2 times they said you are under processing time need to wait. Last time I insist the person why its taking longer time where other people already got the feedback from CO. They said every case are unique and its treated differently. Case officer individually not making a decision and its done by a group of people.

Hi Sewa I lodged my application on 24th December 2018. COs skipped my file too. I was expecting the outcome since the end of June and I haven't received any information yet. Waiting without reason to know is killing me from inside. end of June.

This week also passed without any news from immigration.

Brother My suggestion will be both current and previous name afp u should do. AFP cost only $45 each name. We have already done too much donation, little more won’t bother us.

Yes, Russki you are right. like less staffs, the volume of applicant increase etc.. Again, this week our sand castle washed with the big wave.

Hi All, Yesterday I have contacted immigration to know the update of my visa. It’s my first-time Customer service person have taken my details and told me to wait to check on my status. After 5 mins waiting, he telling me technical talk like your file is not beyond the processing time frame Bla bla bla. I insist on him to clarify me about how DIBP processing team works? He told me that each applicant file process by a team, not an individual person. Depends on the file and the applicant scenario process can be different. That’s why now talking longer time to finalize the case and we can’t 100% rely on our excel sheet data list serial.

Nowadays our life is like a sand castle next to the beach. Every time we make the castle, a big wave came and wash it, and again we start to make the castle. Similarly, every week we hope that we will get our grant this week and passed to next week. Don’t know when this pain-cycle will finish.

Bro Khan90 You are not the only one!!! CO also escape my file too. I applied on 24th December and immi still shows RECEIVED Status. I am super frustrated and angry as well like u. I called the immi couple of hours ago they said wait & wait. And Russki is right they are the Boss and they can do whatever they want too.

HI SK10, I have made the call today at immi as well. They saying the same thing to me. Just wait and a wait. Also, at the end of the call, they asked me to participate in the survey. What the hell!!!!!

HI su89, Thanks for the comment. Yes, you are right after long times we heard 2 direct grants. For myself, I am very much worried and tensed. Now I can imagine, how painful for those who are waiting for 2nd and 3rd times for the grant. I wish I could know what kind of medicine Russki taking? She is waiting for a long long time. As soon as I heard anything from CO I will share.
