case officers are air head, they don't check documents and keep on asking same question.

I worked for 3 jobs so, I submitted my pay slips, banks statement and group certificate. first case officer 3 june,20 asked for banks statement Second case officer:7 July asked for police clearance from my home country Kuwait Third Case Officer:25 August,20200 police clearance from my home country Kuwait Finally got grant today early morning.

Finally, I got my golden email. I got the grant today after struggling of 3 years. CO:Jennifer Applied date:3 June,2019 Three case officer’s change Lastly, Jennifer has issue me grant

I have waiting since 15 months but no much response from case officers, I tried to follow-up and complaint as well but no response from their end. What should I do?

Status of my application is further assessment and my case officer asked for police clearance from my home country which I provided today. However, I cannot see any action button on my screen. Does anyone has same situation?

Dear All, I received this message today in my mobile and than I received a call with no number and no one was on other side but home affairs telephone recording was going on.I called back to immigration and they said we didn't try to contact you on mobile. Does anyone have had similar situation?

Dear All seniors and Members, I need your prestigious advice and guidance, I applied 887 visa last year and my intention was to comfort the case officer, so, I uploaded that 52 weeks’ pay slips individually. In the last, I could not attach more documents, I called immigration and they provided me “skilled.support@homeaffairs.gov.au” the email address .I sent all my residential documents and form 80 old police clearance and many more documents on above mention email address. How do I get confirmation that my case officer Lisa got all required documents? My application status is initial assessment, do I need to press any button?

Case officer is saying, she can see only 3 pay slips with 35 hours. I guess she did not combine all pay slips, despite , I made 52 attachments which are well reflected more than 35 hours.

I sent email last week by writing, its unfair that co are asking of English test for 887 visas, however, please let me know can you accept my expired IELTS test which already provided at the time of lodgment of 489.Home affairs did not get back to me and it almost 7 days.

processing time is killing and odd job of regional area ,enough to damage career and life.

With 489 visa its very hard to find good job and several banks are not willing to give you banks loan. Which visa you are coming to Australia? 489. 189 or 190?
