I made complaint on 2nd because i was about to finish 17 months on 3rd. Got reply from GFU that they have forwarded the case to relevant department. Got reply yesterday from department saying your email is not connected to you visa file. Bloody MacBook autofilled in my email address but i gave my wife’s email in application. Was planning to lodge another complaint today with correct email but another shocking news came in with increase in processing times. @Simmie @Bern83 looks like we will need to wait bit more longer.

I think that will be midnight till 4am. Fingers crossed

They asked for Updated AFP which i uploaded a month ago because by old one was expired. so i uploaded the same again and made a complaint. they replied on 26th may and said they have received afp and will process the application further.

I applied 3rd April, First contact - 21st may by co regina, still waiting

Congratulations Mate, did you receive request from CO on 17 May or did you provide them documents on 17th May.

I think Regina need more training. 2 of my other friend were also asked coloured copies of passport from her and she missed my AFP as well which i already attached.
