i have submitted AFP by both the ways and they are issued in march 2019, still they said it has been expired....

CO rajni contacted today.... asked for an updated AFP which is now expired, include all your alias (I don’t have any alias). this AFP was issued in march 2019 and i have no clue how it expired, not finished yet....this AFP was earlier asked by CO sophorn that the name is not as per passport I am completely confused....what’s wrong with the AFP "name or date" ? already submitted with a correct name also earlier. my name as in passport- both names are in given name section. but some of the Australian proofs has one of my given name as surname. submitted AFP's in both the styles and they are 6-7 months old...... my only guess is that i need to submit one AFP with both the names styles...ridiculous experts please comment....
