HI "Honey" how and where did you put in the campplaint? Can you please give me some details...i am going to do one tomorrow!! I applied on 07/11/2017 and have submitted FORM 80 3 times, provided residence proof for Designated area Twice and last contact on 2nd May 2019 was again asking for evidence of residence in designated bloody area..,..I am sick of this shit!! 19 months and counting

hey guys, can anyone please tell me what the email address is where you can send documents... it was something like skilled support@ something... A friend needs it since his immi account does not allow him to upload docs...

Where and how can you lodge a complaint? When i applied it was 7-11 months and has changed a few times to what it is now...16-17 months....i am past 18 months now....

Hey Russki, the IMMI account has a limit of 60 docs, make sure you haven't submitted to the max...I have and cant submit anymore.

How many contacts from CO and what all did they ask for?

I applied on 07/11/2017...contacted april 2018 and then again in oct 2018...then finally on 02/05/2019 asking for what i gave them in oct 2018 again...namely evidence of residence in designated area...i have family sponsorship and the entire state is... so i sit here twiddling my thumbs again

SO here is a question guys... When a CO send s you a request for more information....they give you 28 days to provide the info. Rumour or hearsay, what ever you call it....Even you furnish all the info withing the same day; they wait the full 28 days before they touch your file again.... Is this true or false??

HI Applied on Nov 2017, contacted by Adam in April 2018 requesting info for living in Designated Area (my 489 said all of Vic is Designated.) and also Employment proof(i had submitted all this in Nov 2017, resubmitted PAYG Summaries for 2 yrs, and Residency proof for every address i have lived in since 2015. Next contact in Oct 2018, Asking for form 80 and 1399(military service declaration; i have never served in the military) Contacted Yesterday by a new CO Sophorn asking for evidence of residence in designated are AGAIN!! I have uploaded the maximum of 60 docs, so emailed the gsm.adelaide team the summary of all docs submitted to show residence in designated area, followed up with a call to make sure immi knew i cant upload more docs and confirmed they received the email and attachment. I have also clicked the I have submitted all docs button and confirmed that they may make a decision based on all my submissions so far. I don't understand how COs don't look at what has been submitted already especially when it comes to address proofs etc...also you would think they know that the 489 said all of Vic is considered regional when it was issued in Oct 2015. Sorry about the rant guys but the wait is one thing...the inconvenience of not being able to apply for a car loan, home loan etc is worse... fingers toes and freaking legs crossed now... I wonder if they will now wait the full 28 days from when they asked me for more info yesterday or just make a bloody decision.

Hey Guys, Lodged 887 application on 07/11/2017 Requested to provide for 80 and AFP name check in may 2018 Due to an issue with my name in my passport asked to provide another AFP name check, form 80 and another form called "Declaration of Service" they asked me to also make sure i had completed FORM 1399 (i have never been in the military anywhere anytime) this was in Oct 2018. Uploaded all docs within a week on 24 Oct 2018 No updates since then....on IMMI online it just says further assessment. CO was Adam when the last set of docs were asked for in Oct 2018. Anyone have the same experience? Also i saw on this or another forum that Adam might not be in IMMI anymore... Thanks Salil
