Not everyone are in tracker so I am pretty sure there are many other 2020 applicants got grants. I hope everything will be cleared by a month or 2. Sharing for those who are waiting

Apply date: 23/05/2020 (this was the exact date I completed 2 years residency, so there is no risk to apply)

First Contact : 25/05/2020  (AFP for both, Primary applicant English) CO Karen

I have to say that I didnt upload secondary applicant English at first but they haven't requested it as well. I uploaded it when they request mine.

Grant Date : 23/06/2020 (In my opinion files open after 28 days when they request for more information, by that time if we have provided what they wanted they will grant us)

Thought it will be useful to this forum, if anyone else is stuck in similar situation. This has been raised in the parliament...hopefully some action to follow.

Yes ombudsman will give a standard response...nothing much to read in that..

Hang in there mate. 28 days officially over today .. We should see some action this week .. on an average they have responded back around 30th or 33rd day..after a query has been raised. 

I am just holding of my complaint... to not receive a standard response.

Grant Grant Grant

Got grant today

Application date: 4th march 2019

First contact on 13 may for primary member functional English

Submitted university degree with transcript which mentioned English medium. And also PTE result from August 2016, which I never submitted during 489. But it was 6 each result so should be valid for 3 years and of course valid at march 2019.

Complaints in polite language on 8june about not reopened my file after submitting my documents on the same day.

And finally by grace of God, been granted today.
