  1. Congratulation. Good news for family with children.
  2. skilled.support@homeaffairs.gov.au You should put your application reference number. Good luck.
  3. I totally agree. Wait for few more weeks to compensate is worth because we spent 2 years to live and work hard in regional area. Must not take any risks at this stage
  4. In my opinion, you will be fine. There are following reasons: 1-You have evidence documents to proof for your time you are on holiday. Although CO knows exactly how long you went oversea , from the time you submitted until they process, it takes more than a year so I think CO will not strict this. 2-You already applied and was consulted by agent, so do not worry. The application was done, just try to keep update your information that Immi needs, such as Notice of Assessment/Payment Summary and Superannuation report at end of financial year, updated contract for your rent (if have), PCC, AFP. "To make sure 100%, do not hesitate to email or call to Immigration Department" They can give the advice. Good luck mate
  5. Hi Raj00, According to the track, you should receive the Grant within this week. You can lodge the complaint early next week if still not having grant. Good luck mate.
  6. We went oversea after lodging Visa 887. Because of moving, there are around 2 weeks I lived in Airbnb house and 1 week in my friend house. I did not count this 3 weeks as it does not have the supporting documents and I do not want to include it in as it will increase my application files. Not worth it.
  7. Sorry I forgot to check my CO. My CO name: Andries
  8. Hi Freddy I did not put the complain yet as I still under processing time. However, I sent email to skill.supports (the general email) to explain my situation. I am going oversea next week...
  9. Grant grant .. Direct grant at 2pm I would like to share my information. No. of Applicant: 3 (family with kid 3.5 years old, my son born oversea, came in Australia when he was 3 months old) Applied Date: 19/09/2018 Updated the AFP for both and upload on 18/09/2019 Updated Oversea Police Check on 15/11/2019 (we went oversea twice, totally 4 weeks only. Update just in case) My kid does not need the Medical test as he took when applied 489 Visa Documents I submitted are the one noted on the document checklist on homeaffair website. I do recommend check the document checklist few times to make sure you uploaded all the requested documents. The step-by-step on the link https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-regional-887#HowTo is useful. I also received the generic automatic email sent by Homeaffair on 20/09/2019. I uploaded the updated AFP on 18/09/2019. I think the automatic email is set up before that and recognised I did not upload the updated AFP. CO: Andries Hope you guys here will have grant soon. Cheers
  10. If the case officer already asked for specific name, just do as their request. However in general, all the names on the submitted documents need to declare on AFP report.
  11. Did you apply by yourself or via agent? Have you been contacted or requested by CO before?
  12. Hi Liveyourlife, I think you should put all other names. Check your documents which has your wife's name. It is the suggestion for another name. I list few other names as some letters just show the 1 letter of my first name or 1 letter of my middle name. So I just put in the list. I think you list up to 20 other names.
  13. New week with new hopes. There are not any grants today. Hope it will come in soon. Anyone receives the grant, please update. Thanks
  14. I applied on 19/09/18 too and still did not receive any response from CO, although I received email in September 2019 that confirmed that my application is allocated to CO soon. I am going to oversea on 12 December....
  15. Are there any new grant today? Less than one month till end of the year....We will have the longest holiday
  16. Congratulation mate What is your CO? Thanks
  17. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ApeHDAjEH60WFBNLeq14wvGzegiqGC4KD0U-OyH_w6U/edit#gid=0
  18. Could you guys suggest which option we should choose to send to homeaffair on the complaints link: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-and-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/complaints-compliments-and-suggestions There are three options: Complaint, Suggestion and Compliment. Which visa should we choose as there is not visa 887 on the visa list. Thanks for the advice.
  19. I need to pay full school fee.... Once we have pr, it will be easier
  20. Congratulation mate. Did you contact with Homeaffair before? (via email or call) I am about to put the complaint as well. My child's school keep asking us the Visa to update for the new year....
  21. Congratulation! Could you share your application information tho?
  22. Hi GRACE, Glad they touched your application. Could you please share your information regarding to your application, such as which english documents you provided before for your spouse? Did you update new AFP and Police check? Cheers
  23. Under the visa 489 condition, you are allowed to live in all regional areas which is listed on your granted letter. However, each region has the different requirements. As I know, some regions require to live for at least 2 years, other regions allow to move to other regions without any requirements. Make sure check with your sponsored region before moving.
  24. I moved to VIC in early Sep 2017 after living and working in Dubbo 1 year. Hi Dave, I think few regions do not allow us to move to the other regions in the first 2 years. They have the requirements since we apply the 489 visa. Make sure you read all requirements from the regions which sponsored you before moving to other regions.
